Arrived in Canada in 1999, I am in the field of travel since 2002. I have been with Avia Voyages for almost 10 years as a travel advisor. The atmosphere is both friendly and professional. I have learned a lot at Avia Voyages over the years, not only personally but also professionally.

I came to develop my knowledge of different systems of reservation and I continue to learn every day. I love my work, it is interesting. It demands a lot of creativity in order to solve the various challenges brought by a world of travel always evolving.

I like to think of myself as a guide, in order to allow the client to pass through the different regulations that govern the travel industry. In addition, my job allows me to communicate with people from all walks of life, which makes it even more passionate.

When I am asked what I love the most in my work, I replied that it is to see my clients on their return, with a smile of recognition that their trip was to their expectations.
